As a domain name registrar, hosting provider and DNS provider we often find ourselves as “piggy in the middle” when it comes to issues around different types of abuse. Depending on our role in relation to “content” or a “site” or “domain” we may have practically no visibility through to having full visibility and with that our powers to act will vary massively.
